Using this website

This website provides information about BoltX Electrical Contractors and a way to discuss electrical work. Its content is general information; the appropriate work for your property must be assessed for your circumstances.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a form does not confirm a booking or create an agreed work contract. We will discuss the scope, access, timing, applicable charges and payment terms. The work and terms you accept will be set out in your quotation or attendance agreement.

Emergency attendance

Emergency diagnostic attendance is chargeable. Confirm the charge and what it includes before agreeing. Diagnosis and repairs are separate stages; additional labour or materials must be discussed and approved.

Changes, payment and cancellation

Any deposit, payment schedule, change to scope or cancellation arrangements will be explained in the specific quotation or agreement. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Where applicable, information about cancellation rights and any request for work to start early will be provided before you agree.

Our branding and website materials must not be reused without permission. Service photography is illustrative; project case studies are published only for genuine approved work. See the photography credits for third-party image licences.
