Yes. We provide free quotations for planned electrical work. We will explain whether we need further details or a site visit to establish the scope.
Is emergency attendance chargeable?
Yes. Emergency diagnostic attendance is chargeable and is separate from a free planned-work quotation. Ask our team to confirm the attendance charge and what it includes before you agree.
Does diagnosis include the repair?
Diagnosis identifies the problem. The repair may involve additional labour or materials. We will explain the proposed work and seek your approval before proceeding with additional charges.
How are materials and labour charged?
Your quotation or agreed attendance terms will explain labour, materials and any applicable taxes. If the scope changes, we will discuss the impact and obtain your approval.
When is payment due?
Payment terms will be confirmed in your quotation or before attendance. Larger projects may have agreed staged payments. Please ask us to clarify any deposit, due date or payment method before work begins.
